The vintage surprises with incredibly creaminess combined with fresh green apples, fresh branches and mellow acidity. Room for sharing - and keeping.
The alliance of these two grape varieties gives a very nice balance to the wine. The pinot blanc which is very aromatic brings floral notes while the Chardonnay brings finesse and vivacity. The ageing in barrels on a small volume gives woody and vanilla notes, velvet.
