"This Exquise Cuvée Or is a blend of two grape varieties, 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The grapes are grown on gravelly and sandy-clay soils. They are harvested by hand and are subject to a double selection in the vineyard and in the cellar.The juice comes from direct pressing with a little rosé bleeding. Finally, the fermentation at low temperature is carried out in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats”
