Blind tasting is a difficult exercise: when you don't know everything about the wine you are tasting, you can only relate to the clues revealed by the tasting. Color, color intensity, aromas, balance in the mouth, ...

The goal of this workshop is to teach you how to "conduct the investigation" to draw conclusions about the wines you taste. All this in 3 steps.

You will acquire simple tools to identify the red wines of the great red wine regions of France: Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône, Loire, Languedoc-Roussillon, Provence, ... and shine in your tastings!
