In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

HK Butler allow buyers to use various form of payment on hkbutler.com and other services. HK Butler users can pay with and accept payment by credit card, debit card, HK Butler coupons and gift cards, some bank transfer services, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay - all in their domestic currencies.
The Terms of Payment sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use HK Butler payments on HK Butler services. By using payment on HK Butler you're agreeing to the terms. Payment is only available to buyers who are at least 18 years old who register and are approved by HK Butler.

Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customer or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customers.
Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions (“Customer Support Queries”), please submit a ticket to our Customer Service department using the Customer Service contact form on the About Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.
Shipping & Delivery
HK Butler use independent service provider (“Delivery Company”) to perform in-home deliveries. By selecting the In-Home Delivery option at check-out, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to the Delivery Company.
Delivery service may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during red or black rainstorm warning, or the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above.

How to prepare for your delivery?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our In-Home Delivery is temporarily changed to implement social distancing and move to contactless delivery. Our In-Home Delivery drivers will now deliver to your covered porch, garage or doorstep. Drivers are not allowed to enter the delivery location.
Who needs to sign for my delivery?
Our In-Home Delivery is temporarily changed to implement social distancing and move to contactless delivery. This will impact your in-home deliveries in two ways. First, our In-Home Delivery drivers will now only deliver to a covered porch, garage or doorstep. For your safety and the safety of our drivers, deliveries will no longer be made inside the delivery location. However, either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must still be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. This agreement is with you and HK Butler. Neither HK Butler nor the Delivery Company will be held responsible if you decide to hire a third party contractor to accept and receive the items without the notations of visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise.
Second, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, you will temporarily no longer be required to sign for your delivery. Instead, the driver is required to take a photo of the delivered boxes, which may include a photo of your home as proof of delivery. By choosing to have In-Home Delivery, you agree that the Delivery Company may take these photos and transmit them to HK Butler as evidence of delivery.
What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.
Privacy policy
The use of the Application and / or the Site in Custom Mode involves the processing of personal data. This processing is necessary for the customization of the Application, the management of the User account or the passage of order. The information collected by HK Butler can be shared with other companies in the HK Butler network The user can oppose any treatment by using the application in ‘guest’ mode. The user has the right to access and correct the processing of personal data by contacting thebutler@hkbutler.com (attach a copy of an identity document).
We may transfer your Personal Data to, and store it in or outside Hong Kong. Your Personal Data may also be processed by our suppliers or third party service providers. By providing us with your Personal Data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
